Instagram verified now open for all, see how to request

Everyone wants that unique blue icon next to their profile on Instagram showing that their account is verified, but it is reserved for celebrities and public figures. That is about to change though, as Instagram is rolling out an update that will help you request for verification ( even tho you are not a public figure). Before now people have even gone to some length to get verified. And because of the hype around it, some have taken advantage of the situation.

An Instagram verification badge black market was created where people pay thousands of dollars just to get verified and respected on Instagram. This has prompted Instagram to make the verification available to more users.
